La Residencia Femenina Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados presenta aspectos contradictorios: mientras que el personal de asistencia es ampliamente elogiado por su dedicación, amabilidad y cuidados hacia las residentes, así como por la limpieza e infraestructura, existen serias preocupaciones sobre la gestión directiva, el cumplimiento normativo y la falta de actividades y estimulación social que provocan que muchas residentes pasen largos períodos en aislamiento. Be very careful. There's nothing angelica-like about it; it doesn't comply with current residential or workplace regulations.

The staff treats the residents well and allows them quality time for showers and breakfast. However, I've noticed a lack of activities and interaction, and little to no dialogue or conversation with the women who live there. From bed to the living room to watch TV, then to the dining room, from the dining room back to the living room, some go there, others take a nap, then have an afternoon snack, and then sit down again until dinner and then bed. Some women are brought to eat by their families or receive visits in their rooms, while others spend their time very alone.

The residence is very good. The care of the residents is excellent from the assistants, but the director shows no empathy. If you have any problems, do not contact her.

It's very clean. The assistants are wonderful. The management 😱😱😱😱. I don't recommend it. It's unbelievable that it's a residence run by nuns.
