My mother has been in this care home for 3 years now and is still relatively mobile, independent and cognitive. The care, attention, cleanliness and empathy of the staff has made it a family home for her. The addition of Alexa in her room as a communication tool has made a great difference as we can video-chat daily thus reducing the feeling of isolation and loneliness that physical distance can cause since I live in another country. A great initiative. Thank you and keep up the great work.
