Dignity and respect are the only values a human being can aspire to after being stripped of everything else. Dignity and respect are precisely what my father-in-law lacked. They found him dead on the floor when they went to change him in the morning after eight hours, as if he were a homeless person or a stray dog. And I say eight hours because that's what the caregiver told us. According to her, the last round is at noon. I understand they can't be on call 24 hours a day, but they're supposed to have night staff precisely to be able to help our loved ones. If that were the case, they would have heard the thud of his body hitting the floor, and who knows, maybe even his groans... And at the very least, they would have put him in bed, showing a minimum of respect and empathy. For me, it's a huge lack of respect and humiliation that they didn't even bother to go and see what was wrong. Regarding management, two things: 1. If you are not prepared to treat Lewy body dementia, be humble and admit it. Reject a resident with this condition and don't treat them like a cash cow. Be responsible and advise families to take them to a specialized care facility. 2. If you have had a resident in your facility, have the moral integrity and at least the basic courtesy to offer your condolences to the family when one of them passes away. I hope this review prompts you to reconsider your current management practices and helps improve the quality of life for our elderly in their final years, something that didn't happen with my loved one. BY THE WAY, DON'T BOTHER OFFERING YOUR CONDOLENCES, IT'S NO LONGER NECESSARY.

Small but very friendly and welcoming to residents. It has a pleasant central courtyard for residents and an excellent location.

More than a residence, it's a home. The staff are wonderful; they care for and pamper the residents. The homemade food is superb. It has a central courtyard that gets lovely sunshine, and there are also shaded areas. The rooms are very comfortable. My father is living there, and it's been a great choice. He's very happy, and the care is wonderful. They have everything they need, and they're having a fantastic time! They have a doctor, nurse, psychologist, physiotherapist, and activities. It's very clean, and the management is excellent. Everything has been made easy for us. Thank you, Els Tarongers Residence!
