My mother was in this nursing home for only four weeks, and the experience was very negative. Two weeks later, she suffered a fall inside the facility, but the worst came later. I began to notice she wasn't feeling well and I discussed it with the caregivers, Olga and Yasmín, who laughed and told me that "grown-ups just eat and sleep." I spoke with the director, Marcia, because my mother wasn't reacting as usual, but she didn't give it any importance either. Instead, she told me we would wait for plan B, plan C, and to be patient and positive. When the nurse went to see her, she told her my mother had a urinary tract infection, which wasn't detected or treated in time, and she wasn't being given adequate nutrition for her blood sugar level. When they finally took her to the hospital, her blood sugar was almost 500 and she was experiencing multiple organ failure as a result of this lack of care. My mother died three days after being admitted to the hospital. In just four weeks, she went from being well to being in critical condition. I'm convinced that all of this could have been avoided with a minimum of care and medical follow-up. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this nursing home. If you want your family members to be well cared for and monitored, look for another place where they truly care about their health and well-being.

The smell of the facilities is unbearable, the residents' cleanliness is terrible, and my relative was there for only 20 days before dying. In my favor, I can say that he was perfectly fine before being admitted. I would never, ever recommend them.

I have my mom with them and just the peace of mind of going to see her on the day and at the time I want (at moderate hours of course), gives me a lot of peace of mind, plus she's always well cared for and clean.

If you truly love your family, don't take them to this nursing home. It's a hole in the wall. It has no outdoor areas, as the areas that do exist are shared with the building's residents. The assistants are loud. The fire alarm goes off every now and then, it can be at 5:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. They have no respect for anything; in the summer, it's a real madhouse for the neighbors. I don't even know how the facilities get through inspections. It's a shame. If you truly want to provide a quality of life for your family, this place isn't it.
