FLEE FROM THIS PLACE. The only word to describe this nursing home is MURDERERS. Mind you, I'm not specifically targeting the employees, but whoever is managing this facility. The staff at this center—I want to believe—are emotionally and physically overworked. There is NOT enough staff, there is NO maintenance, there is NO hygiene, but most importantly, and what ultimately cost my relative their LIFE, there is NO SUPERVISION AND CARE for the most VULNERABLE residents. My relative arrived at this nursing home with a particular vulnerability due to their illness, but relatively healthy. In less than a year, they are now at rest, after suffering countless illnesses and outbreaks that led to restrictions on visits on three or four occasions (scabies, Covid, flu, falls, injuries, etc.). It's shameful to learn that a person was left abandoned in their room, without entertainment, without human contact, and without allowing family members any contact whatsoever, not even by phone. And so much more, like how often their diaper was changed... We didn't arrive in time; we were processing their urgent discharge to get my relative out of this place as soon as possible. After many arguments with the care home. A call came in around midnight saying they'd had an accident. They died shortly after. We haven't received much further explanation. The family believes they left them unsupervised and unguarded, and that they realized it too late, much too late. I'm writing this to warn anyone looking for a place to care for their vulnerable relative. This is not the place.

There are very unempathetic people at this care home, especially Dr. A., who is not Spanish. She should be concerned about her patients and talk to their families. In the five months my mother was a resident, I was only able to contact her three times, and she barely let me into her office. I always had to ask if I could enter, as if my presence bothered her. The treatment was shameful. The care home doctor acts as a primary care physician, and there is no follow-up care whatsoever. My mother was hospitalized many times, and he only sent her back once because I asked him to. However, there was another doctor who didn't think she was well one day and decided to send her to the hospital. Every time my mother was discharged from the hospital and returned to the care home, the doctor was nowhere to be seen. There is absolutely no interest in the patients. The only way to get information is through the nurse on duty. During my mother's last hospital stay (she was in the hospital for three weeks), I took her home myself because she was very ill. I drove her there without them even informing me about her serious condition. My deepest gratitude goes to the nurse Carlos, a wonderful person who goes above and beyond to help, showing solidarity with both the family and the patient. There was absolutely no empathy from other staff.

I want to thank everyone who took care of my mother-in-law. They did it with such dedication. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

A nursing home with limited resources but very well used. The outdoor facilities are like living in the countryside. The staff is very pleasant. It's a difficult and thankless job. Although everything could be improved, we are very happy with the treatment. In our particular case, our mother's quality of life has improved substantially.

I have known the residence for almost two years and I cannot have any negative comments. A very familiar and close treatment. The staff, unbeatable. Without a doubt, the best option.
