La residencia "Llar de Sant Vicent" presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que algunos residentes y familias elogian ampliamente la calidad del cuidado personalizado, la limpieza impecable y la dedicación excepcional del personal de atención, otros expresan preocupaciones importantes sobre la seguridad deficiente, el aislamiento del entorno urbano que limita la socialización de los mayores, y la falta de modernización de las instalaciones. El descontento también se extiende a la gestión y dirección, aunque el equipo de cuidadores recibe casi universalmente comentarios positivos.

Terrible lack of security. It's 12:30 at night and all the access doors to the residence are open with the lights on, in case someone with malicious intent enters and can find their way around! It's not integrated into the town center, so the elderly are completely isolated, as the development where it's located lacks facilities where they can meet or socialize with neighbors, see people... Old furniture. The facilities are starting to show their age and there are things that need updating. The staff is decent or good, except for the manager, who doesn't connect.

I don't like these isolated villa-style places. They seem like cages where people end their lives. I'm a big supporter of care homes, but ones integrated into the life of the towns; I want our long-time seniors to stay.

I couldn't ask for more. My father lives there, and the care is wonderful—so caring, so personalized, they're incredibly attentive, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the owners are delightful. It was hard to find one like this, but they all should be the same. Bravo to them! I must say that now, with the current situation with COVID-19, I have to highlight the tremendous work and effort that all the staff at my father's residence are putting in. I can only say thank you all so much; you are wonderful. A huge round of applause for you all!
