We visited the center on the recommendation of friends who have a relative living there and are delighted with it. I've volunteered with elderly and sick people outside of Spain, and the team's dedication surprised me. The management was very attentive and answered all our questions; their professionalism and experience are evident. The team is deeply committed to caring for everyone. It feels more like a home than a business.

This residence and day center treats its residents with great care. We can only express our gratitude for their attention and affection. It's very close to Valencia and has a large garden area that enhances the atmosphere. They have their own kitchen and also offer 24-hour nursing care, which is very important. We have absolutely no complaints about the leisure and stimulation activities; we only have positive things to say.

I'm delighted with the care home. We thought long and hard about whether or not to place him there, and to this day it's the best decision we could have made. The staff are lovely and caring. Thank you so much to all the staff and the management for their kindness and respect during such a vulnerable time.

A terrible experience. From the very first day my grandfather was admitted, he stopped walking within two weeks because they weren't able to dedicate the time to him and help him walk with his walker. And little by little, the lack of care worsened to the point that, in a period of six months, he was hospitalized twice for dehydration. Each hospital stay lasted 15 days, which is how long it took to resuscitate the poor man. They don't attend to them. They leave them in an armchair all day. Finally, we had to endure his death due to the negligence of the medical staff and the nursing assistant. At no point were we informed that he had an ulcer, and they took no measures, neither for treatment nor medication. It wasn't until he was admitted with a high fever that we saw what was happening. Ten days after being admitted, he died due to poor wound care and lack of hygiene in that area. This nursing home is beyond words.
