I just passed by the residence at 2:20 a.m. on August 25th. I had to stop the car because I saw an elderly woman asleep in a chair, abandoned outdoors, right at the main entrance. After alerting the private security of the complex and standing with them for about 20 minutes trying to locate the center's management, ringing the doorbell and calling the phone, a staff member came out, acting as if it were normal for the poor woman to be there. She got out of bed and went outside. The woman wasn't even wearing pajamas. I find this staff member's attitude deplorable, and the sight of the poor woman asleep in a chair in the open air was heartbreaking. It seems the woman's name is Rosa. This behavior is shameful, and I hope my comment can help prevent this situation from happening again.

It's a disgrace. This afternoon I went to see my grandmother, and they haven't paid any attention to that woman all day. Dirty, vomit-covered chair, dirty eyes, dirty nose, dirty ears. My grandmother is about to die, and they don't have an ounce of dignity or respect for them. If you think it's normal for a person who can't move independently to spend 12 hours a day sitting in a chair, when it's been repeatedly stated that they should sit in armchairs to avoid ulcers, this is the place for you. And don't let the director come and tell you that everything won't be perfect. They get paid €3,000 a month perfectly and without any problems. Disgraceful.
