Excellent residence and unbeatable service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always looking out for the residents. It's clear they care with love and professionalism. Furthermore, the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and accessible. I would definitely take my family member there again.

They took Covid very seriously. They received commendation from the health inspector for their handling of the pandemic. The assistants, doctor, social worker, podiatrist, hairdresser, nurses, and physiotherapists are all very friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. They treat the residents very well and have highly competent medical staff. My mother has had several injuries, and they have responded quickly and effectively. In the summer, they have an indoor pool. There are gardens, and being in the countryside, the atmosphere is peaceful. They are professional, efficient, trustworthy, and calm. They are also very well organized. They are organizing fun activities for the residents, and they often go for walks together.

My mother's experience at this facility was disastrous. She felt poorly cared for, and with the exception of two staff members, the rest were unfriendly and lacked empathy, failing to care for her or even speaking to her properly. The food was terrible, not to mention the secrecy surrounding the rooms where the residents slept; we never saw them. They brought my mother up to her room at 8:00 p.m. until the next day, with no way of leaving. We took her there temporarily to help her recover from a fall, and we had to pick her up four days later because what she saw there didn't seem right to her. Therefore, it's a place I would not recommend under any circumstances.
