El Centro Residencial Savia Xirivella recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas destacando la calidad del personal, el trato cálido y empático hacia los residentes, las actividades ofertadas y la mejora notable en la salud de los usuarios. Sin embargo, existe una grave acusación documentada de negligencia que resultó en la muerte de una residente por úlceras de presión no atendidas adecuadamente, lo que contrasta significativamente con el resto de opiniones y representa una preocupación seria sobre la consistencia en la calidad de atención.

It's a very good nursing home, with excellent staff and a lot of kindness. They do a lot of activities, and everyone seems very happy. My father-in-law is very happy and content.

I'm delighted with the center. My grandmother stayed at the residence, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. Especially with Mireia, a true professional who welcomed us from the moment she arrived until the very end, attending to my grandmother's every need and keeping us informed of even the smallest details. A month ago, I had to admit my mother. Both she and I arrived at the center in very bad shape. She was disoriented and had a broken foot, and I was emotionally overwhelmed. Upon arrival, they explained the services we would receive there and clearly specified what they couldn't offer due to the center's operating procedures. The staff reacted quickly to our situation, establishing the best protocol, and they showed us a humanity and empathy that I will always be grateful for. A month later, my mother has improved much more than we could have imagined, and I'm sure that the routines and care at the residence have greatly contributed to this improvement. The technical staff—director, doctor, nurses, physiotherapist, psychologist, and social worker—are always available and attentive to any questions I've asked. They respond by email and phone, making it easier to balance work and family life.

Today, August 26, 2023, marks one year since the death of Mercedes Campdepadros Iborra as a result of neglect and abandonment by the Savia nursing home in Xirivella. This led to severe and fatal ulcers. None of her three children were informed of the severity of her condition; we only learned of it through the General Hospital of Valencia. MOM, WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU. Today, August 26, 2024, marks two years since the death of Mercedes Campdepadros Iborra as a result of neglect and abandonment by the Savia nursing home in Xirivella. I hope this opinion will help change the poor practices of this facility. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER. SHE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN. My mother was admitted to Savia Xirivella at the beginning of October. The home is very well organized and clean, and the treatment of the residents is caring, attentive, and very pleasant. I sincerely congratulate and thank the management and all the staff for their professional excellence and their always warm and friendly treatment. My mother is settled, happy, and delighted, and I am even more so. Thank you so much for everything.
