Unfortunately, I can't speak highly of Sabe Silla. My aunt was a resident there until she passed away because she wasn't taking her medication (no one was monitoring her). She was also covered in bruises because her roommates were hitting her. The staff did what they could, but it was clearly insufficient. The garden was dry, and the entrance to the center smelled of urine. For the fees they charge, it's a disgrace how the residents are treated. I hope they've managed to improve in recent years.

The staff are fantastic; they're very caring and attentive. However, this residence has a problem with clothing management. They lose clothes, give them to other residents even though they're labeled with the name, and the clothing is mislabeled. The problem is that my father is always missing clothes, they don't say anything, and he goes several days in the same clothes. They've even taken my father out wearing a very thin sweater because he didn't have anything else, even though it was freezing cold. It's shameful. What's most infuriating is that when you ask at reception, they make up excuses on the spot. First, they say he doesn't have enough clothes, then that he threw them away, and finally that the laundry staff is new and still getting used to it. Then you see other residents wearing my father's clothes, you ask their families, and they tell you they didn't buy those items for him.

My family member has been at Savia Silla for several months now, and I'm very happy. It's a very homey environment, and the staff couldn't be kinder or more dedicated. The caregivers do an exceptional job, and I maintain constant communication with the entire team (director, psychologist, physiotherapist, social worker, nursing staff, etc.). Thank you all for taking such good and loving care!

My grandmother is currently in the care home at Savia Silla due to the Alzheimer's disease she has been suffering from for several months. She is receiving excellent care, and her appearance has improved considerably since her admission. I would like to highlight the care provided by Alejandro (the director); he is a warm and dedicated person.
