Hello everyone, from my daughter's profile, I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at San Antonio. During this entire time, my mother has been there. I'm aware that it has been difficult for my daughter, an assistant at the center, but I think that together you have been able to cope with it, and above all, I also believe that she has been able to cope. Thanks to Amparo and Raquel, the center's receptionists, and thanks to Leticia, for being there for her during such difficult times. Thanks to Ana for everything, thanks to Anabel, thanks to all the caregivers, thanks to the kitchen, cleaning, and laundry staff. Thanks to each and every one of the assistants who have cared for her, and without meaning to offend anyone, thank God, thanks to David, José Manuel, and Katia for always caring for my mother and my nephew. A thousand thanks to those who came to be with my daughter during such difficult times and give her their support during these times. Having my mother there has been the best thing for her. She always wanted to be with Maria Amparo, she was happy, and she enjoyed it a lot. As Trini's daughter, I can't say enough thanks to everyone. I'll never forget you, and keep it up. Daughters like me should always have people like you. A hug, and see you later, because I'm not one for saying goodbye. Happy Holidays.

Isabel and Susana C. N.: Our sincerest thanks to the entire team at the residence for demonstrating such high professionalism and care during the years our mother was under your care. We were aware of your efforts to make her stay the best it could be. So much so, that it became her home, and you, part of her family. Thank you also for the excellent treatment you gave to the family members. We will never forget these years.

My mother passed away two weeks ago in this care home. She had been there for nine and a half years, suffering from Alzheimer's. Not a single message of condolence from management. As for the care home itself, there's a complete lack of oversight and coordination. The grounds are filthy: plastic, paper, cigarette butts, food scraps, broken and dirty chairs all over the property. They dump the laundry water into the garden, creating a pool of water, and dirt accumulates on the sidewalks, making it impossible for residents and their families to get through. The residents' clothing disappears. For nine years, we regularly bought clothes for my mother; we had to take photos of every sweater, skirt, or pair of socks we purchased. And then they tell us that my mother didn't have any clothes to dress her in when she was gone. What? Where are all her clothes? Regarding the medical service, we were assured that there would be an annual health report on her. The report was done for the first few years, but then absolutely nothing. My mother has been sent to the hospital unaccompanied several times when she was unable to speak or know where she was due to Alzheimer's, and we were either out of town or working and couldn't get there immediately. They don't give you the bills unless you ask for them. We didn't move my mother because her place was subsidized. With the exception of Amparo and Begoña, the receptionist and psychologist, the rest of the staff leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this residence to ANYONE. They only try to convince you when you first visit, but you only need to walk around the back of the building to see the reality. Very sad.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at this care home and has enjoyed some wonderful years there. She's had many activities and has been very well cared for. The staff has also been excellent with the family, always keeping us informed. Thank you all so much.

I want to thank Leticia first and foremost, from the very first call in May. Thank you for your immediate attention and the first meeting with Begoña and you. And in less than 48 hours, my mother was there. I remember the first day I arrived with my mother and how my heart was broken inside, and I will never forget your patience that day. The first calls with Borja, the conversations with Begoña—those first few months were very difficult. But now my mother has gone to the movies, she's joined a Sorolla tour; she hadn't left the house in four years. Yesterday, when Marta called me, I was overcome with emotion. I see her happy; my relationship with her has completely changed. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM
