It's never easy to take the step of placing a family member in a nursing home, let's face it. But that's precisely why we're grateful for centers like this, with good facilities and good staff. It's clear they work hard and provide very personal care for the residents. The director of the center treated us wonderfully, and his treatment and the information he gave us were what ultimately made us choose this center. It's so important to find someone who's professional and who also doesn't neglect the human aspect. This is often forgotten, but in the social and healthcare field, it's essential.

From the assistants to the director, including the technical team, they are always there to help with whatever is needed, providing a warm and professional service. I'm delighted with the nursing home. The organization is extraordinary, as is the team. The care is very friendly, and they have a large patio for visitors. They host many activities, and the residents stay constantly active. Knowing that you can also bring your four-legged family member to visit the resident is a wonderful initiative for me. A team of people deeply committed to the care and well-being of the residents. Their exceptional kindness towards everyone (both family members and residents) and the great affection they show to those who, regardless of their personality, find themselves in a vulnerable situation are truly remarkable. It is also worth noting their guidance during such difficult times, which most of us are not accustomed to. I also think it's a huge advantage that they are located right next to the Requena General Hospital. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the care provided by the staff at the Residence. In our case, my mother was only there for two months, and the treatment and professionalism were exceptional at all levels. Regarding visits, while respecting the established schedules and times, which I understand are necessary for the smooth operation of the facility, they are sometimes also flexible. Overall, the staff is kind and friendly towards residents and their families. The facilities and external services seem adequate to me. In short, I would like to thank all the professionals for the care received on behalf of our mother.
