    - Repeated falls due to lack of care by the staff. He fell one night, and his colleague, who had limited mobility, told us he kept pressing the help button, but they never came. They found him on the bathroom floor the next morning. - He was poorly dressed (they shrank his clothes and kept losing his things or putting clothes on him that weren't his, they didn't put his glasses on his head, etc.) and poorly hydrated. - During afternoon visits, there was no one upstairs. - Sometimes, in the summer, you'd arrive at 3:00 p.m. and find grandparents in the sun. - The trays of meals and snacks brought out when family members came would stay there for hours. - They put him in a diaper for comfort when he needed to go to the bathroom. - They gave him a walker so he could move around more safely and independently, and no one ever checked on him; he stayed in his room. - If you were visiting him during a mealtime, they forgot to give it to us. - Just as he had just moved into the residence, my grandfather's birthday was approaching, and we wanted to consult with the psychologist if it would be good for his adjustment to leave so soon, given his illness. The response was that she would let us know after the weekend, and then we never heard from her. - The entrance door is too narrow and difficult for residents in wheelchairs to open. - They make you wait a long time, first to get in by car if the receptionist isn't there, and then once you get in, to get the family member out. - And much more. The reason we didn't complain formally or through a review at the time was to avoid worse treatment of my grandfather.

The experience at this care home has been absolutely devastating, and I want to make this public so that no other family has to go through the same thing. What we experienced wasn't a simple mistake, but a serious case of negligence that demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, humanity, and care for the elderly residents. From the very beginning, we trusted this center to ensure my family member would be well cared for, but what we found was the complete opposite. Hours without supervision, obvious lack of hygiene, and neglect that no person—much less a dependent person—should ever have to endure. Finding my family member in that state was a shock we will never forget. The worst part wasn't just the situation itself, but the staff's attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to justify the unjustifiable with absurd excuses and a coldness that left me speechless. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and above all, no real interest in correcting anything. The overall impression is that there are no protocols, or if there are, nobody follows them. The disorganization is enormous, communication with families is practically nonexistent, and there is no adequate oversight of the residents' basic needs. For a care home, this is extremely serious. This place instilled a trust in us that was later shattered in the worst possible way. The emotional damage to my family member and to us is immense and entirely avoidable if things were done properly. Dignity, respect, and care are the bare minimum that a center like this should guarantee, and here they are conspicuously absent. Because of everything that happened, I cannot recommend this care home under any circumstances. If you value your family member's well-being, look elsewhere. I hope my review serves as a warning to other families and puts pressure on this care home to change its practices, because what they are doing now is unacceptable.

It is unacceptable that our elderly are treated so undignifiedly at this care home. Many residents are treated with utter contempt, without the care and respect they deserve. The conditions here leave much to be desired: the elderly suffer neglect, their most basic needs are ignored, and in some cases, they feel completely unprotected. Instead of receiving proper care and affection, many find indifference and mistreatment at this residence. The lack of trained staff and the disregard for the emotional and physical well-being of the residents further aggravate the situation. What should be a peaceful and caring environment becomes a place of suffering and despair for many. It is urgent that measures be taken to ensure that the elderly at this care home, as in all care homes, receive the dignified and humane treatment they all deserve. No one should have to endure such a bitter experience at this stage of their life.

The hygiene at this facility is inadequate, and there's no 24-hour nursing care. There's insufficient equipment to properly care for the elderly, not to mention the food, which leaves much to be desired. I do NOT recommend placing a family member or loved one in this residence.

In my experience, Savia Paiporta has not treated either its customers or its employees properly. The service I've received has been unprofessional, and overall, I feel that the service doesn't live up to its promises. It has left me with a sense of distrust and disappointment.
