Last week, I attended my father-in-law Paco's follow-up meeting. I was delighted to see how the center manages the residents' daily lives. I loved listening to them and exchanging opinions. Although I had already thanked and congratulated the center's staff at the meeting, this review serves to reaffirm my congratulations and gratitude.

I took my mother, who had Alzheimer's, to the doctor for eight days, and he suddenly told me that she had passed away that night. They didn't even call me. My mother was exactly as I had left her; they hadn't unpacked her suitcase, she hadn't combed her hair or changed her clothes, they hadn't changed the batteries in her hearing aid, her nails were long, her hair was dirty, she didn't have slippers, etc., etc.

We are delighted with the care we received from the staff at the residence. My grandmother stayed there for five years and they treated her wonderfully; she had nothing but kind words for all the employees and even developed a close friendship with them. I would definitely recommend it. 100% recommended.

We admitted my mother to Savia Alcacer yesterday, and the care she received was excellent. The worry you have when leaving a family member in a care facility disappears as soon as you walk in. They treat her with affection and welcome her, as did everyone we met, and they showed great empathy and understanding towards the family. I hope my mother adapts quickly, but with this team of professionals, I'm sure she will. Best regards
