I want to thank all the staff at Savia Albuixech for the care they gave my mother during the seven months she was with them. Savia Albuixech is a residence with an unparalleled setting: the sunsets, being surrounded by the Valencian countryside, and the sea breeze make its surroundings a unique place for walks with our beloved elderly residents. The welcome you receive from reception is unexpectedly warm and welcoming, because from the moment you step inside, you feel at home and truly welcome. This is another of Savia Albuixech's defining characteristics: the complete transparency with which everything happens. You can observe the residents' daily lives (without infringing on their privacy) with complete ease… and this sense of openness is not easy to find in facilities of this kind. Savia Albuixech has invested in modernizing its facilities in recent months, not only making them beautiful and comfortable, but above all, focusing on how to improve the residents' living environment, or rather, the different living areas, to better monitor and support residents based on their individual needs, striving to personalize care and assistance as much as possible. The technical team is highly professional, competent, and motivated, especially the management, who I still wonder how they managed to guarantee me constant attention and availability, not just almost always. The rest of the team works with excellent coordination, allowing communication between the team, the residents, and the family to flow effectively, always demonstrating empathy and a desire to personalize their intervention. They have accommodated all our requests, which has made an experience that is not so easy for anyone much easier. Likewise, the nurses and doctors have demonstrated a constant and highly responsible interest in my mother's health care. A huge thank you to the cleaning staff, who work tirelessly to keep the facilities clean and sanitized almost constantly. And, above all, thank you to the caregivers, who have been on the front lines providing the most basic care. Thank you for the immense affection shown to my mother, your patience, your smiles, and your incredibly compassionate treatment, which you never stopped providing, even when overwhelmed by staff shortages. You covered for each other, striving to fulfill your responsibilities without showing any sign of strain. Although my mother has moved to another residence to be closer to her home and family, we will miss you all, and I wish you continued success in your work, always believing in what you do each day, because, truly, from the bottom of my heart, you are all worthwhile.

A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Savia. Especially to Alba, a dedicated and truly vocational assistant, and Mariló, who brought me both peace and strength, as my mother is in a delicate situation after being a resident there for six years. I also want to mention Mariajosé at reception for her kindness in assisting me whenever I needed her, and Dr. Doanís for his calm and tranquil approach to caring for the elderly. And Jose, the physiotherapist, for working on my mother's mobility as best he could over these years. I'll focus on the positive aspects and the effort they made to help my mother improve her quality of life with her degenerative disease. Thank you, Savia.

A complete disgrace. A substandard team, with no interest in properly caring for the residents. There have been some incidents I've been able to forgive, but this time was deplorable. Not only because of the urine-filled pants, but also because, seeing that I was expelling blood from my mouth, the nurse told me she was going to call the on-call doctor. Almost three hours later, I called (since no one had said anything) to ask, and they told me he hadn't called! This and several other things leave me very worried about where I've put my husband... I'm very disappointed. That said, María José (at reception) was spectacular; patient, sweet, and very understanding. Thank you for the love and effort you put into my husband and my daily life.

I've already expressed my gratitude for the treatment I received, but in all honesty, I must emphasize that the physiotherapist's lack of attention caused my father to lose mobility, and the failure to properly monitor the room temperature required by the residents causes them to relapse into their problems. We must always be complaining. The lack of staff is the main issue, because it prevents them from caring for the residents as they deserve. Therefore, my criticism is primarily directed at the Generalitat (Catalan Government).

Exceptional team: very kind, professional, and caring. It's wonderful how they treat the residents, even when they're sometimes overwhelmed with work. The food is prepared at the center, but the quality of the ingredients could be improved. Residents often complain that they don't like it. As always, if Savia invested more human and material resources, we would be talking about excellence. We will keep you updated.
