El Centro Residencial Savia Alborache genera opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes y familiares elogian sinceramente la calidad de atención, la dedicación del personal (especialmente de profesionales como Ana, Antonio y Begoña) y la mejora notable en la salud de sus mayores, otros critican severamente la falta de personal, la calidad deficiente de la comida, la ausencia de actividades y entretenimiento, y problemas en la disponibilidad médica. Insufficient staff, overwhelmed with work. Doctor only available mornings. Deplorable food. Vending machines operating at full capacity at the expense of terrible food. No change given if you want coffee, so you have to buy it even if you don't need it. Full of junk chocolate for the elderly to give them a sugar rush. They should improve before taking your relatives there. Ask residents to verify this review.

My mother has been in the care home for three years. We are very happy. Her improvement has been noticeable. The staff are excellent and very attentive, as is the doctor. We have no complaints at the moment.

My mother-in-law, Teresa, is at the nursing home, and they helped and guided us from day one. The staff couldn't be more kind and caring. My mother-in-law has improved tremendously thanks to their care. We're delighted! The setting is ideal, full of nature, and the facilities are magnificent! THANK YOU!! A BIG HUG TO ALL!

This nursing home provides appalling care for its elderly residents. The staff they have is good and helpful, but they're short about four more people, whom they say they're looking for but never actually hire. The food is awful; residents either refuse to eat or are forced to. They should implement more quality and safety checks. It's worth proposing; I wouldn't rule it out. The residents are incredibly bored and there's absolutely no entertainment. It's like going there to spend your final days doing nothing. No activities, no chores, no gym, nothing. Everything they offer is useless. The food is machine-fed. Every time an ambulance is called, there's a three-hour wait. In short, understaffed, overpaid, with a bed, terrible food, and utter boredom.

"I would like to highlight the excellent work done by the staff at the Alborache residence. The director, Ana, is very attentive and always willing to help in any way she can. The doctor, Antonio, is a very attentive professional who explains things clearly and concisely. His dedication is truly remarkable. But without a doubt, the person I liked the most was Begoña, a tireless worker with a heart of gold. Her kindness, patience, and dedication to the residents are admirable, and she helps in every way she can. She always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. I feel very fortunate to have found a place where my father-in-law, José, received the care and attention he needed. Thank you to the entire team. ❤️"
