The staff do what they can with what they have, and they're overwhelmed. Some even share their frustration with the residents, but the blame lies with management for not having the necessary staff—and there are far too many. The lunches are acceptable, but the dinners are dreadful. Oh, and if you have problems and leave, forget about getting your money back; they don't refund anything at all. Only hire them if you can't find a place anywhere else, and only until you find a better residence.

The service is outstanding, encompassing: Very well cared for, showered, and the facilities are spotless. With activities every day. The food is exceptional; I've had the opportunity to eat there several times with my mother, and it's a completely homemade menu. We have absolutely no complaints.

TERRIBLE/DISASTROUS. My grandfather spent his last 9 months there. He entered with enviable vitality and health. From the very first week, we noticed a drastic change in his mood, and from then on, his health deteriorated (they gradually wore him down). Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend this nursing home.

Our relative is delighted; the staff is very friendly, he's gained weight, and he seems much more active than before. They have excellent professionals, and because there are so few residents, the attention is almost personalized. It's the best decision we've made!
