Opiniones

We admitted my aunt a few months ago because she was living alone, and since she's been here, she seems very happy. The staff is very attentive and always in contact with the family to help with her care. Because it's a small residence, there's more personalized attention. I have experience with a much larger residence, and comparing them, I prefer this one.

My mother was in that care home four years ago. She died there, and I can say the worst thing about them. My mother wasn't in good health before, but that's where she finally deteriorated, developing wounds so big you could fit a fist in them, according to the hospital staff. It's a disgrace. I don't live in Talavera, and I didn't go there very often, to be honest. But it was a terrible experience, and they kept personal information about her after she died, partly because of me. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Our family is happy with the care our aunt receives. She is well looked after, and by that I mean her food, hygiene, and everything else that comes with being in a care facility. The staff are very kind to her and to our family.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. We got my grandmother out of there wearing two diapers at once, with a urinary tract infection, a burn on her leg, she'd lost her speech, and she had pneumonia that killed her. She was incommunicado for a couple of days because they lost her cell phone. They give out tranquilizers like candy to keep the elderly residents drowsy. She wasn't even there for a week. Please don't take your family members there, and if they are already there, get them out before it's too late. The facilities leave much to be desired and are dangerous for people with limited mobility, such as the elderly. The bathrooms aren't accessible either.

Good afternoon, I believe I know the staff and the facilities of the center quite well. And in my opinion, I must say that Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu is one of the residences that combines a number of positive qualities. Starting with the staff, they are all efficient, caring, and very attentive to the residents. I must mention two of them: Teresa and Virginia, for their work with the residents who are less fortunate in their health. That's the case with my resident who, despite her condition, is happy. And I'll finish by talking about Esteban; he's fantastic. I speak with him personally, and the more I get to know him, the more I see that he's a truly great guy in every sense of the word. I don't want to go on any longer, I just want to wish all the staff well; you're doing a fantastic job. Best regards, José Luis.
