Our experience at this residence with our mother has been very positive. My mother arrived with very uncontrolled Alzheimer's, but they successfully stabilized her condition. It's worth noting that it's a small residence with few residents, which makes it feel like a home, allowing for personalized care. While it doesn't offer extensive services, the town of Pepino provides them, encouraging residents and their families to socialize outside the facility. The staff provides excellent care, attending to each individual. However, we particularly want to highlight the compassionate treatment and empathy shown in the final moments of life, both to residents and their families.

For me, the experience was awful. My relative came in to recover after a hospital stay, and it turns out they're completely ignoring her. She needs help walking because she feels unsteady, and their response is that they don't help them walk; it's up to them. Seriously? I've worked in nursing homes, and well... the treatment is terrible. Thank God we took her out; otherwise, she wouldn't have been able to walk in two months.

Each admission is meticulously documented, recording the condition of each resident upon arrival. Furthermore, every incident is recorded daily in the logbook. No woman has ever been admitted with a broken hip and subsequently suffered another accident. Therefore, the comment from the person claiming we are among the worst seems more like an attempt at revenge for a non-renewed contract than factual information. Moreover, it appears to have been written by someone who created that profile solely for this review. If the residence is so poorly managed, how can we explain the year-round full occupancy and the waiting list? What about the positive feedback from the doctors at our residence? They appreciate the improvement achieved in many cases, comparing the before and after. To date, this residence has not had a single case of COVID-19, which we are proud of, although we are aware that the virus remains active and could surprise us at any moment. This is because staff selection is always done with the well-being of our residents in mind, ensuring we have a valuable team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work. We take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our employees for their outstanding professionalism and hard work.

My father-in-law is delighted. The treatment is very family-like and affectionate. They eat very well, and the grandparents are clean and well-cared for.
