My father spent the last few months of his life in this residence (he sadly passed away). It's a residence that offers excellent care and treatment for our residents. The facilities are very well designed to ensure our residents have the comfort they need. It's also located in a rural area (free from pollution) very close to the town. I want to sincerely thank the staff of the residence for the care, affection, and respect my father received (I witnessed this firsthand on several visits). Mario (the director), along with Sergio, are very approachable and constantly strive to ensure our residents are happy. I have nothing but words of gratitude.

This residence is terrible. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. There are only three nurses for over a hundred residents, and they're overwhelmed. They only dress wounds every four days or more. In the laundry, they're careless with the clothes; they put colored clothes in with bleach, which has bleached several of my grandmother's garments. There are no entertainment activities, something that existed before the pandemic. The residents are practically abandoned to their own devices. The food, despite offering two choices for the first and second courses, lacks variety. The dishes are bland, without sides, and very repetitive, like a simple, cold sandwich for dinner. They also advertise the residence as having great views and a swimming pool, but the pool is empty. Cats sleep in it, and there are garbage cans; they use it as a dump. Despite the residents' complaints, the manager ignores them. This really has to change. Let's remember that this is a private residence for which we pay a fortune. It's unacceptable that this situation continues just to maximize profits. Either this situation changes, or I will mobilize whatever is necessary, even if it means taking legal action. One of the best places to take your loved ones and relax. The service is exceptional and unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the manager is a lovely person. The facilities are fantastic, and there are tons of group and personalized activities. Highly recommended.
