I wouldn't recommend it even if it were free. My grandmother went in with Alzheimer's and within a month she was completely dehydrated. When we went to see her, the first thing she desperately asked for was water. Even seeing that level of dehydration, the doctor didn't consider ordering tests, so we had to insist. The tests were done on Thursday, and on Sunday she was admitted to the hospital with a stomach ulcer. She died fourteen days later. And on top of that, it took us almost four months to get our reservation money back, as they tried to charge us for extra services we hadn't booked. They had no heart or empathy; for them, the lives of our elderly are just a business. It's a disgrace! 😡

"LACK OF TRANSPARENCY" When my father was admitted, they asked for a deposit that was supposed to be refunded upon his death. However, to avoid returning this amount, they fabricated a receipt for medication, which they couldn't justify, in order to keep your money. The response we received from the person who answered the phone was to file a complaint. I'm posting this review so you'll be aware of this before placing your family members in this residence.

My mother has been there for seven months and is very happy with the quality of the food. At first, she found it a little difficult, but now she has her group of friends and is coping much better. The staff are very caring and attentive, always there if she's having a bad day and needs a hug or a kiss. Thank you all.

My mother has been in this nursing home for 11 years and has been treated very well and with great care. Everything is very clean and bright, with a wonderful porch for fresh air. You can visit the person you have there any day and at any time (within reasonable hours). I have had a very peaceful time with my mother there. She passed away two days ago due to natural causes due to her age (94).
