La Residencia hotel para mayores Virgen del Socorro presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian genuinamente la calidad de atención recibida y el cuidado humanizado del personal, otros reportan experiencias negativas marcadas por falta de atención, inadecuado manejo de casos complejos y un director cuya gestión autoritaria parece generar insatisfacción tanto en residentes como en empleados agotados. This residence is a disgrace. There's a lack of attention to detail, the staff is overworked, and many are quitting because they can't take it anymore. The staff are poorly treated and the cleaning is inadequate (due to staff shortages). They don't get enough rest, working over 40 hours a week with barely any time off and no vacations. It could be the best residence in the area, but Miguel's arrogance and overbearing attitude ruin everything.

My experience with my mother was awful; she didn't receive the help they were supposed to. The director lacks tact and empathy; he seems like a prison warden. If you want to park your family member who isn't causing trouble, this is the place, but if you're looking for help, this isn't it. I could say more, but I think this is enough.

We put my mother in this residence because she had lower back pain and according to the director Miguel, he said that they took care of people who couldn't walk and then they came out fine. The truth is that it was a complete failure. My mother is mentally fine but it bothered them. If they didn't have staff for what we wanted, she should have told us and looked for another residence. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't know how to treat the elderly properly.

Words cannot adequately describe this place. The best decision I made four years ago was entrusting my father to them. They treated him with the utmost care while he was alive and continued to do so after his passing. He couldn't have spent his final years in a better place. They created a home for him and all who reside there. Thank you for everything; no amount of money can repay what you do for people.
