La Residencia Geriátrica Sequera Espegel recibe opiniones muy contrastadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogia calurosamente la dedicación del personal, especialmente de Lorenzo y Fátima en dirección, la calidad de las instalaciones y la atención personalizada proporcionada, algunos residentes y familiares denuncian problemas graves como la insuficiencia de personal (solo un cuidador para 80 personas en algunas franjas) y quejas sobre el manejo inadecuado de la ropa de los residentes. The caregivers can't yell at the elderly; they're paid to treat patients as well as possible, regardless of their condition. And then they're taking off their clothes, even though they're using their own names. The problem is that the elderly people stay silent, but this needs to be addressed and resolved. Giving them clothes that aren't theirs is shameful.

There's a staff shortage. How is it possible that at the beginning of the afternoon there's only one caregiver to look after 80 people? This is a deplorable situation for both the staff and our elderly residents. Ladies and gentlemen, money isn't everything in life. Where is your empathy for your elderly residents? Hire more staff so that your residents can receive proper care.

A very friendly, family-friendly residence. I want to thank Lorenzo and Fátima (management) for the nearly four years you've cared for my parents, for the love and care you've given them, and for how well you've treated and attended to us, with our requests and visits. I also want to thank the entire staff for the wonderful treatment they gave my parents, especially Esperanza and Inmaculada, who were always attentive to them. I also can't forget the neighbors in Alcaudete. They pay them a visit whenever they can or plan a party, always looking out for their elders. As I said, thank you all very much, and I will always recommend this residence.

Excellent care for the elderly; the staff is very attentive to each resident's special needs, going above and beyond their responsibilities. Thanks to the managers, Lorenzo and Fátima, for helping with the paperwork and for being so attentive to everything.

Highly recommended nursing home, the staff and especially the Director (Lorenzo) were extraordinary, the food was good and the cleanliness was also excellent, the rooms were spacious and the facilities, including a large park, were outstanding.
