La Residencia Geriátrica Santo Cristo de Santa Ana recibe evaluaciones contrastadas: mientras algunos familiares destacan el cuidado excepcional y el trato humanizado del personal hacia los residentes en sus últimos años de vida, otros reportan deficiencias en la atención como falta de respeto hacia algunos residentes, limitaciones en los servicios de higiene (solo una ducha semanal) y problemas de organización con la ropa de los internos. My grandmother Mari Paz Gómez Cambronero, or Mari as we all called her, left us a few days ago. She was exhausted and wanted to rest. In the final years of her life, she was cared for and looked after by the staff at the Santo Cristo de Santa Ana nursing home, and her daughters and grandchildren would like to sincerely thank them for their exquisite care. Mari Paz lived those years peacefully and was loved by everyone, because it was easy to love her and care for her, but without the excellent work of the nursing home staff, this difficult stage of her life would have been very hard for her. On behalf of Mari Paz and her family, we would like to thank the nursing home staff for accompanying and caring for her in the final years of her life. I'm giving two stars because, when I was there visiting a relative, one of the caregivers called an elderly woman who was annoying several times. They only have one shower day a week on Mondays, and when you go to pick them up after giving prior notice, they are unable to shower them and, to top it all off, they can't find their clothes and tell you that the laundry room is closed.
