Excellent care, very loving and attentive. My mother is delighted with the facilities, activities, food, and the warmth of all the staff, who are like a small family. Many activities are thoughtfully designed for both residents and their families. It's a joy and a source of peace of mind to know that your loved ones are so well cared for and loved by everyone at the residence. A thousand thanks!

My family member has been with us since December 2024, and while we were very happy, we're even happier now that the management has changed to Grupo Mimara and Lidia has taken over as director. Every day we see more positive changes in terms of cleanliness, order, smell, planning, and the new visiting room where we can be private with our family, read... In short, a great change that we highly recommend and a magnificent result.

My mother has been here for almost nine years. The care she received was outstanding in every way. They kept us informed about my mother's condition at all times. And they were always incredibly helpful, even when I was struggling financially. They did everything they could and never gave me any trouble. Unfortunately, Benita Martínez Rubio, which was my mother's name, passed away on November 3, 2025. All I can do is thank all the staff, and I hope they don't change because people like them are needed in many places. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Having observed it for a long time, in my opinion, it's a very basic residence. The facilities leave much to be desired, with a lot of neglect. The care provided to the residents is also basic. I suppose there's a mix of staff, but I've encountered some of the caregivers who would be better off at home. And as for the director, she'd be better off doing something else, given her negligence in fulfilling her duties, responsibilities, and administrative tasks. They'll be inspected soon... and the residents should be treated fairly and have all their needs met. Of course, I don't recommend it at all. They don't deserve even one star. I recommend that anyone who has had any kind of problem leave a comment. Regards.
