The treatment of the elderly residents is quite good, I also like the facilities, the garden is wonderful for walks, and I disagree with the opinion I read earlier; it's one of the few residences that doesn't have that characteristic smell, and the cleanliness is remarkable. I'm very happy that my relative is here.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the treatment of the elderly residents was excellent. The facilities could be improved, especially the access from the main entrance of the residence to the gardens, as the ramp is too large and steep for them to use walkers, and if they are in wheelchairs, it requires considerable strength to lift them up. There are also too few benches to rest on in the garden. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Terrible and very rude treatment... Especially the administrative staff. Urine smells from the moment you walk through the door. Very expensive for the treatment they give grandparents. They don't have a room where you can be alone with your family member, and they don't give you any discounts if you take your family member out to run errands or on vacation. I don't recommend it... I had to take my family member out of there.

My mother was here, and I want to thank all the staff for the kindness she received from everyone who works there. The food was excellent.
