Unfortunately, my experience with this nursing home was very negative. The available staff was insufficient to provide adequate care for my grandfather, resulting in some worrying situations. One of the most serious issues was that, despite the importance of his treatment, they didn't put him on a ventilator at night, which severely compromised his health. Furthermore, one of the reasons we chose this facility was the promise of having a doctor available at all times, a promise that was not kept. The treatment we received was very impersonal and did not live up to what we had been initially promised. It's a shame, as we expected a much higher level of care. I do not recommend this place.

When we finally decided to place our mother in a care home, we had many questions and fears; it wasn't an easy decision. We wanted the best, and without a doubt, both the personal attention and the quality of the facilities completely won us over. After four months, our mother is very happy and has even made friends. Highly recommended for anyone concerned about their family members.

As the name suggests, it's a home. It stands out for its warm and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff. I appreciate the variety of services it offers to maintain the quality of life for the elderly, from rehabilitation and comprehensive health care to sociocultural activities and occupational therapy. It has spacious, landscaped grounds, and another plus is the quality of the dining service, thanks to its own kitchen. I don't think it's fair to read comments that spread complaints and hurtful words about a residence that is active and functioning properly; there must be a reason for that. I encourage anyone interested to visit the facilities. Thank you!

Exquisite, warm, and personal service! My grandmother settled in perfectly and felt right at home, as the name suggests. The staff and the director are wonderful. They resolve any issues quickly. They are always attentive to the needs of both residents and their families. In short, I would recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for everything! 🥰

Disappointing. You take your loved one there thinking it's the best option for their recovery because of the services they're supposed to offer, and all they do is give the elderly people sedatives so they don't bother anyone, force them to urinate in diapers, and keep them on for hours, causing infections. They don't deliver on their promises at all... I don't know how these employees can sleep at night with a clear conscience. You've done a lot of harm to our family; I hope you don't do it to anyone else.
