The facilities are fine, but they don't know how to handle "difficult" cases. They're only suitable for elderly people who are mentally competent. As soon as someone with severe disabilities or a broken hip arrives, they're not prepared. They managed to get rid of three out of four siblings; they couldn't save the other one because he died young. Honestly, if you care about your family members, look for another option.

I only have words of gratitude for the care and affection my father received until his passing, despite the difficult times that nursing homes have been and continue to be going through. I must mention the entire team of professionals who run the residence, as well as the healthcare team (Dr. Julia and Nurse Carmen), who treat the residents with such care and affection. Nor can I forget Angelines, Marisol, Oscar, Diana, Pilar... Thank you all so much.

Visiting hours are very short, two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon... And there's not enough staff, so the attention each patient receives is poor!

This is a horrible care home for people with high dependency needs; they leave much worse off, with bedsores from immobility. What a shame.
