My grandmother lives in this residence, and they certainly couldn't take better care of her. The entire team is attentive. I especially want to mention Lola, the manager, who is always on top of things, keeping us informed about even the smallest details, and always so kind! It's a residence, but it's not just a place to drop off an elderly person and leave them there... quite the opposite, it feels like a big home where they're always surrounded by people, having parties, get-togethers, playing games... which ultimately keeps them active. It's important that they take good care of them and have constant tests and checkups to ensure they have everything they need. We are absolutely delighted.

Hello to everyone who may be interested in nursing homes. My mother has been at this nursing home for four years, and I'm truly very happy, satisfied, and at peace with them. Especially the director, the person who is always attentive to every detail, from the most important to the smallest, is fantastic. She's always attentive to everything, from the most important to the smallest details. Her name is Lola, and she truly is an excellent director. I'll emphasize the director's name, Lola, by the way. She's a person with excellent judgment and very caring toward everyone, and in these cases, it's very important for our seniors. Best regards to anyone who may be interested. Lola, as always, thank you, and a big kiss because you deserve it.

My grandparents stayed there while my grandfather recovered from a broken hip, and the staff were wonderful. From the physiotherapist who helped him daily to the director, Loli, who always treated them like family, it was incredibly difficult for us relatives to leave them in a care home. Special thanks to Loli, Ninoska, and the physiotherapist for their fantastic work. My grandfather recovered brilliantly, and if they ever need to return to a care home due to age or health reasons, our first choice is clear.

I found this residence through Miresi (a company specializing in helping the elderly and their families, to whom I am incredibly grateful). They were the ones who recommended it to me. Honestly, even with so many recommendations, I never imagined I would have such an experience. My preconceived notions about nursing homes were shattered when I took my mother there. It became a home, a family full of professionals who not only exceed all expectations but truly make you feel at home—not just us family members, but every single person who lives there. From the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, caregivers, nurses, doctor, and even the director, everyone has won a piece of my mother's heart and the hearts of the entire family, both for their professionalism and the personal support they offer. Without a doubt, if my father ever needed to go to a nursing home, I know I would choose them again. I recommend it to any family looking for a peaceful, family-like place with exceptional professionalism and dedication to care. To each and every one of you who live there... I can only give thanks, and a thousand thanks again for how you have treated my mother and us... I wish the rest of the residences would follow this example.

There's one fundamental and basic thing to say: the director's management is terrible. She doesn't deserve that position. How many people are more competent and qualified than her? Loli is clearly out of her depth in that role. She manages the residence terribly and completely fails to provide adequate supervision to the staff. It was a terrible experience at this residence. I'm sorry, but with people like this managing such an important and essential place for the well-being of our grandparents, I cannot recommend it. It's a shame that I had to end up having to remove my relative, as happened to me.
