Opiniones

I do not recommend it, it leaves much to be desired in all aspects of grandfather's care and the cleaning could be better, it smells bad and the management could be better than it is.

I have a question!! For example, if an elderly person breaks their foot and has to use a wheelchair until they recover, why would they be put in a diaper when they're completely sane and able to ask for it? Is it convenience or not included in the price? Please! A little humanity and common sense. How do you see it?

There are better nursing homes; this one leaves much to be desired in the care of the elderly. I don't recommend it.

I'm giving them one star because it couldn't be any less. A terrible nursing home that transports an elderly person with Alzheimer's from the hospital to the nursing home, only to reject them once they arrive, even though they already know the elderly person's physical and mental health conditions. On top of that, they have the nerve to claim that they were never notified of the person's condition, even though they spoke with the staff and social worker to explain absolutely everything. If you're looking for a nursing home, I don't recommend this one, because in addition to charging a fortune, they have no consideration for the elderly and sick; they only admit people who are independent and don't need care.

Our grandfather lived in this care home until he sadly passed away. We cannot thank enough the staff who cared for him and the residents themselves for all their care and companionship. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
