Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes sobre la falta de personal de enfermería y cuidadores para cubrir adecuadamente las necesidades de higiene de los mayores, además de reportes sobre problemas de plagas y condiciones deficientes en algunas áreas, lo que sugiere que la residencia podría mejorar significativamente en estos aspectos críticos de salud e higiene.

The residence is magnificent, it has two huge courtyards, and if they need more nurses and doctors, as it's growing and they can't keep up, all the staff are amazing and always helping you with everything and with a smile, and the girl at the bar is fantastic, pleasant, friendly, caring, etc.

The residence itself is bright, colorful, and welcoming. I appreciate that it has a doctor and a nurse. However, I think there's a serious staff shortage when it comes to caring for the elderly residents; I don't think they're given enough hygiene care.

Well, my mother-in-law tells me there are cockroaches and ticks, it's disgusting. The beds are made of pure iron, so they should be thrown away. It's a real shame about these nursing homes. We're all getting older, so we should really pay attention to these cases.
