I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less! This nursing home has terrible management and only two decent staff members! It's great if you want your elderly relatives to lose 20 kg in two months. It's great if you want them to lose personal belongings. It's great if you want no one to take responsibility for them. It's great if you want them to be yelled at and spoken to rudely. It's great if you don't want them to be changed or smell of perfume. It's great if you don't want their wounds treated. Come on! A wonderful nursing home to spend the last years of life (which should be the best). DON'T PUT YOUR ELDERLY RELATIVES THERE!

Excellent service. It's a small residence with a very personal touch, impeccable cleanliness, and a highly professional nurse who cares for all the residents. The doctor dedicates every minute to them with his experience and responsibility. Meals are plentiful; nothing is lacking, with a weekly menu designed by a dietician. The caregivers are very professional and treat the residents with great care and dedication. The management of the residence is very professional and treats both families and residents wonderfully. I would recommend this residence to everyone. Thank you to the entire team for doing such an impeccable job.

Very humane care and attention for my parents. My parents now reside at the Los Enlaces Residence, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care they receive. From day one, I noticed the caring and compassionate way the staff treats the grandparents. The entire team is attentive and helped me a lot with the entire process, because it wasn't easy for me to move them into a nursing home. At first, my parents were reluctant to move into a nursing home, but now they're happy, and I couldn't be more grateful for their decision. They do activities that keep them active and entertained, which has been a very positive change for them; I see a newfound joy in their faces. The company of other residents and the environment also make them feel more comfortable. Plus, having medical care gives them—and me—a lot of peace of mind. We live in Toledo, which allows us to visit them weekly, and each visit confirms our choice. Seeing my parents like this, active and well cared for, is priceless, and it's what makes me write these lines of gratitude to the entire team. They truly care about their well-being, and that's reflected in the quality of life my parents tell me about. I can only thank you for the love and the work you do every day.
