There's a shortage of physiotherapists; there's only one for 80 people. There's also a shortage of caregivers; my colleague spent from 8 am until 11 am looking after him and then had breakfast. The laundry service ruins your clothes and there's a shortage of items. The food needs to be checked regularly; the fruit is never ripe, etc., etc., etc.

I don't like this residence at all. They don't take good care of the users and they don't take responsibility for anything that happens there. They pass the ball from one to another and nobody gives you a solution to the problems that happen there. The grandparents are quite poor.
