We've been without heating for several days now. Several family members have tried to complain, but complaint forms are nowhere to be found. They're neither available nor visible. There's not enough staff to care for our relatives; the staff working there are overwhelmed. The cleaning inside is poor, and the "gardens" are even worse—food scraps on the tables, papers, and general filth. The elevator is getting worse and worse; sometimes it takes a long time to receive the signal to go up or down. For a residence where we pay almost €2,000 a month, residents are asked to buy their own shampoo. It's a basic hygiene item, and they should be providing it.

A few days ago, my mother passed away after a year and a half at the care home. I want to thank all the staff. Throughout her stay, the care provided by everyone, including management, was excellent. My mother was treated with kindness and professionalism most of the time. Special mention goes to her final days. They made every effort to allow us to be with her until the very end, offering us everything we needed. My sister and I are deeply grateful to all the staff at the care home who looked after her.

The image the residence gives from the outside is nothing like what it looks like inside. The food is terrible and cleanliness is lacking, not to mention the treatment of the residents. There's no food, and they go hungry after the fortune we paid.

The state of the private bathrooms in the rooms is outrageous. We pay a fortune each month for a care home, and they charge us extra for every service they can offer. But the very least we can do for the personal dignity of the elderly is to have the bathrooms in a decent state of cleanliness. I went into the private bathroom in my room, and the smell was unbearable. I've used portable toilets at fairs that smelled better. It's a disgrace that you keep people in those conditions. I think families pay enough to expect at least a basic level of care where they can have some dignity.

The staff were very attentive and caring, although there weren't many of them considering the size of the residence. There's no cafeteria, just coin-operated machines; you can't use a card. Besides, it's full of flies and insects, including ants in the machine area.
