Taking a family member to that residence is handing them over to death. It's a dreadful place. My grandmother died because of them. She was there for seven months, and before going to the residence, she was perfectly capable of taking care of herself. She was admitted seven times for dehydration with blood and bone infections. We had to go there in the morning to give her breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESIDENCE. I SAY THIS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. They didn't make sure my grandmother took her medication. There were many days when the residence smelled terrible; it often smelled of urine. Seriously, if you love your family members, don't take them to that residence! Thieves, shameless people! Not even an animal deserves to be treated like that.

It's a very peaceful center; it feels like home. All the staff are dedicated, friendly, and highly professional. They offer peace and tranquility because the care and treatment are wonderful. Highly recommended.
