Complete neglect of the property, poor management, irresponsible and extremely rude treatment by the owner. There's a lack of staff, and my resident's mood is steadily declining; she feels like she's in prison. This place is there because of a public housing concession; she was happy where she was before. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It has been the worst experience, a nightmare. The director is rude, inexperienced, and arrogant, and the facilities are leaky, damp, dirty, and disorganized. The service is deplorable, and there is very little staff.
