Opiniones

The staff treated me horribly. If anyone in charge reads this, they should investigate the kind of people who work there. They're awful people who treat each other even worse; imagine how they treat the customers. I wouldn't leave my parents/grandparents there even as a joke. Very sad.

We went to visit a relative. We were spending time with them, and at the same time, other elderly people from the residence came over to chat with us and talk a little. We empathized with them for breaking their routine. Some of them were sad and talked to us. One of the nurses came over and told us not to break their routine, to leave them alone and not talk to them. You have to understand that no matter how old they are, they are still people who want to empathize and talk to other people. The truth is that kindness is conspicuous by its absence in this residence. Not recommended.

My name is Francisco, José Miguel Gutiérrez's brother. My brother, José Miguel, has been there for two years and asks me to tell you that for him, the experience has been excellent for several reasons. The treatment from everyone he's lived with has been wonderful, and he's felt like family. He thanks the entire team of professionals who have helped him. A special mention to Pilar and her parents, whom my brother greatly appreciates. He has left the door open for when he's a little older, he'll return. Thank you very much. A big hug. Keep it up.

My experience with the residence has been very good. My uncle Pedro lives there. He used to live alone and was depressed, but the residence has given him a new lease on life. He's getting better and happier every day. The caregivers are wonderful; the care they provide is top-notch. Both the rooms and the common areas are very clean. The food is good and varied. It's well-located and has a garden, which is very important to them. They keep us, the family, informed at all times. We have absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him. Best regards 🤗

I would have liked to speak highly of this nursing home, but it's impossible. It's very sad to entrust our elders with care and the treatment they deserve in their later years, only to see that this isn't the case. I do not recommend this nursing home; it has been a very bad experience. Empathy for the elderly is lacking. The management of this nursing home should supervise the care our elders receive. If someone complains of being hurt when handled, it's because they are hurt; no one complains for no reason. I was deeply hurt to learn of this attitude from the nursing staff. It hurts all of us for our grandparents and parents. I'm sure those people also have grandparents and parents, and they wouldn't want anyone to treat them inappropriately. I definitely do not recommend this nursing home.
