Opiniones

It is an example of good management; the staff's treatment of the residents is unbeatable, from the reception staff to the last employee. Thank you very much for the treatment given to my mother throughout her stay in the residence.

The staff's treatment of the inmates is excellent. The center is clean and well-maintained. The food is good. I would like to thank the entire staff for taking care of my mother while I was unable to care for her.

New Update January 2026: The fact that this review was answered in October, when our family member left the center in February, demonstrates how quick and efficient your service is, and how lacking in quality and professionalism it is. Our experience couldn't have been more different from what you describe in your response. As of January 24, 2026, we still haven't received an invoice, despite having requested it several times by email and phone. Regarding meals, activities, and clothing (obviously, you must have changed your protocol), nothing matches or reflects the reality of our experience. You coordinated with three different family members and received complaints from all three. We are still waiting for the invoice. Update: August 2025: We still haven't received an invoice since February. A deplorable experience in most areas. We paid everything on time, but we had to request a refund of our deposit. It was refunded without any response or notification, and we have been waiting for the invoice since the beginning of February. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Temporary stay of just over a month. Thirteen days to label clothing, which is only done after family intervention. Other residents with cognitive impairment try to enter the room. Breakfast is brought in almost at 10 a.m., 15 minutes before activities begin. Coordination with families is terrible, both in form and content. I completely agree with other reviews that point out that residents are neither motivated nor monitored. They completely disregard the questionnaire that is required for admission. The advertised activity plan is not followed; it is constantly changed and canceled. They prioritize the staff's schedules exclusively. Residents are effectively "parked." There is no attention whatsoever in the mild cognitive impairment phase, and judging by what I've seen, not in the severe cognitive impairment phase either. Management is completely absent. The reception staff is more attentive and diligent, sometimes performing tasks outside their scope of practice, than the other professionals. There's a lack of transparency, even in privately booked sessions. They damage personal belongings with great sentimental value and don't even apologize. In our experience, there's a lack of staff, organization, and coordination. They show no respect for either residents or their families.

Great cleanliness and homemade food. The rest is lifeless; the residents are asleep in front of TVs with no sound or even turned off. They only have bingo on Fridays. The priest has disappeared; he used to come every Saturday. The physiotherapist, hairdresser, and podiatrist are charged separately. The caregivers are only seen at mealtimes. There's a room downstairs in the basement; they say those who find it do crafts there because they aren't encouraged to do anything else, neither crafts nor activities. The TVs in the rooms are outdated and without remotes or batteries. They have dinner at 7 pm... and go to sleep... how sad, and they charge a fortune. For the last days of your life, it's better to go to another residence; here it's just sleeping in a chair, medication, and sleep. What a shame. P.S. The staff are very caring but temporary; they change staff frequently.
