Terrible place and not recommended at all. Lack of services. Lack of staff. Lack of cleanliness. But above all, a lack of humanity. When you visit for the first time, they paint a wonderful picture, but you're truly disappointed when you see how they work and how they treat the residents. Elderly people, completely dependent, are abandoned and left ALONE in their rooms without any care. There are no doctors or nurses, despite what they tell you. There are only caregivers, overwhelmed by the lack of staff, as they have to take care of everything, even washing the dishes, so they can't attend to the elderly. In the event of a medical emergency, they lack resources, even something as simple as oxygen, since, in our personal experience, they gave us a bottle that was USED OUT. The way some of the caregivers treat you is shameful. NEVER TAKE A FAMILY MEMBER.

The facilities are perfect. But if we're talking about the staff, the treatment isn't bad, but some of the assistants are rude and feel entitled to treat family members very badly if you don't put your foot down. In general, the assistants are friendly, but there are some... The director is a disgrace. The assistants and maintenance staff, in this day and age, attend to the residents with their masks on their chins, even though everyone living there is at risk. They don't allow visits when it suits them; they don't even let us see our relatives through the door with a mask on and from more than two meters away. After a lot of arguing, if you manage to get them to let you see your relative even briefly under those conditions, since they've been locked up for five months without visitors, they'll come out and take them away in five minutes. Not to mention that depending on who you get, they'll tell you that you have to make an appointment to see them from the street... I could tell you a thousand stories like this, but not here because they're too serious.

The facilities are among the best I've ever seen, but the management is appalling. The staff are on temporary contracts, and once they get to know the residents, they're let go. The limited staff they have is insufficient to care for the residents, and there are serious deficiencies in cleanliness and overall care. This place would be fantastic in other hands.

The treatment of patients leaves much to be desired, not on the part of the staff, but rather due to a lack of staff, which is severely understaffed. The latest trend in the cafeteria is bar napkins, which you can't even use once. I find it shameful that with the huge amount of money they pay, they're stingy like this, and with these people who need proper care. (I'm including the assessment because otherwise they won't let me publish it.)

Never leave a family member here. It's an absolute disgrace how they treat their patients, because they don't treat them at all; they're just furniture to them. The Simpsons' residence is a five-star hotel in comparison.
