If you want your family to live a short time, go ahead and clean it because cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, everything is full of cotton fabrics, dust and not to mention the staff uniforms, humidity everywhere, hidden and covered by a frieze that hides it and the only thing this means is that anyone who is there takes what they don't have and ends up sick, the smell of urine is unbearable since the cleaning and cleaning products I think are not used or do not have, everything is neglected and dirty in the kitchen, not to mention since the person who cooks is there to receive visitors, change diapers for the elderly or take them to the bathroom and cooking, receives visitors and takes care of the elderly all at the same time since it is normal for whoever works in the kitchen not to leave there since it could be a source of infection, I say, lack of adequate staff for each position and dedicated to each function and no services to entertain or be with the elderly, they lift them sit in an armchair and wing They shouldn't move or bother anyone. They keep them like parked furniture, and in my case, my mother walked in perfectly and came out in a pine box. I don't recommend it in the slightest. The staff, just some, are wonderful, but that's not everything in these places, and I emphasize only some others, since the elderly themselves are afraid of them. I'M GLAD THAT THEY'RE FINALLY CLOSING THE BAR. IT'S WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE A LONG TIME AGO, SINCE IT DOESN'T MEET ANY OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENCE, IF NOT, INSTEAD, THE OPPOSITE. I'M VERY GLAD THAT THEY'RE FINALLY CLOSING IT, SINCE THEY'VE BEEN THERE FOR TOO LONG.

When the person in charge of a nursing home doesn't think of it as a business, profit, and profitability, but cares for the residents as if they were family, you know you've come to the right place. After a terrible experience at another facility, we admitted my grandfather to this one, and what a change it has been. The entire staff is involved and treats the residents with care, and the transparency in all aspects is what gives you the most peace of mind. There are few residents, so they are always cared for. They make sure they continue to live their lives as they did at home. They fight to maintain their independence, even as they become comfortable. The doctor closely monitors them, with regular, preventive checkups, which prevents major problems. Their diet is controlled to the point where they have to stop using insulin after many years, as has been the case with my relative. In short, a family home where grandparents feel at home, and family members have a clear conscience that, despite how difficult it is to make the decision to admit your loved one to a facility like this, you know it's the best option. I won't name the entire team at this home because I'd accidentally leave someone out, but you're all incredible, and my family will be forever grateful for all your help. It's clear you do everything with your heart. Thank you so much for taking such good care of those we love most.

If you want a family member to leave in a pine box shortly after arriving there…don't even think about taking them there. It's a complete mess and filthy. I hope they shut your place down someday.

Well, I don't know where to start. When someone you love is hurt by inadequate care, it's very painful, but I don't think it's more painful than what my family member may have felt in this place. When she arrived here, she could hold a conversation, she could walk, she ate the things she liked with ease. This was only three months ago. To this day, she can't walk, her legs shake when she stands, she has two grade two and one pressure ulcers on her buttocks. She's cognitively worse, as when you talk to her, she makes almost inaudible incoherent responses. Cognitively, I have no evidence that my family member has been neglected, but regarding her health and personal hygiene (long hair, long, black nails), I have found them to be deficient, so it makes me wonder why she hasn't been adequately cared for in all aspects. A nursing home, no matter how affordable, should not allow our seniors to deteriorate in this way. Needless to say, my relative is no longer there. She is in another nursing home where doctors have checked her and found the aforementioned ulcers. As for hygiene, it's obvious.
