Good morning, I'm very offended by some of the reviews I've read about Elvira and Javier. I think they are wonderful people and treat our loved ones with exemplary care. Anyone who doesn't like it can take them home or to another care home. What's unacceptable is criticizing them after their family member has passed away after several years in this residence. My parents were there until they passed away, and the care was fantastic. Elvira is a wonderful woman, and so is Javier. Elvira, this is Toñi, and I can only express my gratitude. A big hug to you both, and many thanks to the staff as well.

READ TO THE END The nursing home's facilities could be in better condition, but with a director who ignores everyone and is only concerned about money for his own benefit, it's difficult. You tried to get in touch with him and it was impossible. In addition to the lack of staff, there was often only one person for all the residents, especially during vacation times, and they're overwhelmed with work. Then there's a woman there named Elvira, the director's mother. I really don't know what she's doing there because at her age, she should be playing cards, not being a boss. But in the three years my relative has been there, I've never seen her with a clean apron; the stains were already greeting us, the family members. The nursing home is moving forward thanks to the great work of the employees, who in this case have been Noelia, Almudena, Pilar, Daniel, Lourdes, Míriam, Haydee, Beatriz, and Mari Tere, along with those who have served during this time, whose names I can't remember right now. Thanks to them, Amanecer is moving forward. I'd like to thank them for the care they gave my family until their final moments. They wouldn't get five stars, they'd get hundreds, but the manager and this woman are making the rating drop.

My father lived in this residence until he passed away. Although it was only for a few months, we were very satisfied in every way. We were like one big family. They were attentive to both the residents and their families.

Completely understaffed. And who are the ones paying the residents? We had to take my mother out of there; she was very sad, unlike now where she is. We didn't like what she told us or the things we saw.

A fantastic care home in terms of service, food, and the care given to the residents. It's not luxurious, but when you receive such exceptional service, what more could you ask for? The people there are truly exceptional.
