My grandfather came here to recover after a hospital stay, and we have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff. A special thank you to Marta and Cristina for their boundless affection and kindness, which brightens the residents' days with their therapies and celebrations, and to Constanza (the physiotherapist) for her professionalism and patience, which has helped my grandfather regain his mobility. Without a doubt, should the need arise in the future, we would return to this residence without hesitation. Best wishes to everyone who goes.

My aunt was in this nursing home and has just left fully recovered and is ready to go home. We are deeply grateful to the entire team who cared for her with care from the very beginning and helped her recover. If we need a nursing home again, we will return without hesitation. My mother entered the nursing home to recover from a broken hip and shoulder. The treatment received by the staff, their kindness and professionalism are unbeatable. She receives the necessary medical, physiotherapy, and nursing treatments, while being closely monitored at all times. The program of activities for memory and entertainment is very varied and keeps her busy. The nutrition is carefully planned and appropriate. My mother is 92 years old and has recovered; she decided to stay, and I haven't had a single complaint for a year now. Congratulations.

Good afternoon, terrible facilities. The reception is fine, but... the ramp is no longer at the permitted level for people with walkers or wheelchairs. From March to May, they had buckets to collect the water falling from the ceiling. My parents' room had a broken bathroom drain and cockroaches were coming out. The bathroom had a leak that was always wet. The door frames were broken. They had broken mosquito nets and giant flies that they solved with fly swatters with the flies on the floor. The smell in the hallway where they call it (the club) is unbearable. I was also very surprised that we ate there every weekend and... oddly, we had to pay in cash, in exchange they gave us a little payment slip. I just wanted to let my family know that my MOTHER died from being neglected and having been infected with a hypervirulent bacteria for many days. The next day we had to admit my FATHER with the same bacteria. I doubt it was only my parents, given the poor disinfection we've seen and how contagious the bacteria is.
