Since the arrival of the new management and director, the Talavera Senior Residence has undergone a radical transformation for the better. There is a clear improvement in the organization, the human touch, and the care provided to residents, which is now much more personal and professional. The atmosphere is more pleasant, the staff is more engaged, and there is a genuine concern for the well-being of the residents. Undoubtedly, the new management has brought enthusiasm, improvements, and a much more efficient and compassionate way of working. A friend's father has been temporarily managing the center. The change in management has been a welcome improvement. The staff is humane, respectful, and friendly, and the care provided by the assistants, nurse, and technicians is professional. The facilities are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!
