A family member, due to surgery, needed specialists to regain their previous mobility, and from what they tell me, they are completely satisfied with their experience. During their stay at this center, I visited them several times, so I can only speak to the attitude of the staff who care for them and their kindness and empathy with the residents, which are hard to surpass, truly honoring their commendable vocation. As a visitor, I frequented the cafeteria and was struck by the smile of the woman who ran it—Tamara—so pleasant, endearing, and essential for the residents, whom she kindly helped find their preferred table, inquiring about their well-being and always with her beautiful smile. How important it is to find people like that who make your pain more bearable.

Through this review, we would like to thank the managers and staff at the San Diego Residence for the care and attention our father received. This July was the third time he was admitted for a few weeks to recover from surgery, and the experience was once again more than positive. The location allows him the freedom to explore the surrounding area, and the facilities and friendly service made him feel at home again. The spaciousness of the facilities, the convenience of the cafeteria, and the quality and quantity of the meals (with the option of repeating them) have led us to choose the center again for the aforementioned recovery periods. We have nothing but words of gratitude for their willingness to help us throughout the entire process, including when it came to administrative procedures. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. And if necessary (which we hope will be later), we will choose the San Diego Residence again without hesitation.

Hello, I must thank the residence for the wonderful care my parents received. They were both residents, and the treatment they received was impeccable until the very end. The facilities were in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous to the residents and their families. My father has been a resident at San Diego for two months. My family and I are very grateful to the management team and all the staff (doctors, assistants, supervisors, physiotherapists, therapists, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, etc.) and are very happy with their treatment of my father. I also wanted to mention the facilities, which are very spacious and always maintained and clean. It's a highly recommended residence. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️
