My mother has been at San Pancracio for three years now, and the staff is wonderful. The owners, whom I know, are equally so. Mrs. Isabel, who is in charge, couldn't be kinder. I don't understand how some people speak ill of them. Could it be because of the visitor's attitude? We have to be very careful with these kinds of people; that's why we have them in a care home. We should be considerate of the staff.

It's understandable, Mr. Jaime Segura, that with the arrogance you displayed upon arrival, people behave this way. I was visiting my mother, and it was you who shouted and acted despotically. The Uruguayan woman, as you call her, is named Isabel, and she is the head of the center, responsible for the safety and well-being of the people in her care. First of all, I would like to remind you that masks are still legally required in healthcare facilities. Finally, and equally important, I would like to remind you that the delay was because the nurse was attending to the person you came to visit. Are you now considering your visit more important than the healthcare staff attending to the person you wanted to see? (The delay was no more than 10 minutes.) I don't want to end this review without thanking the center and especially Ms. Isabel for the excellent treatment my mother and our family received.

The Argentinian or Uruguayan woman who attends to visitors is unfriendly. She insists you wear a mask as if it were mandatory, even though she knows it's required. They give you an appointment for a visit you booked in advance, and when you arrive, they rudely make you wait.

The staff were very attentive and caring towards the residents. I have no complaints about the treatment my family member received; in fact, she seems to be doing well, clean, and happy. I want to thank all the staff at the residence.

Good morning Mr. Jaime, I want to tell you that the lady you are speaking to so rudely is responsible for the well-being of the residents, and I assure you she goes out of her way to care for them. She is a very dedicated worker. I advise you to review the regulations for protecting the elderly, and if you are not doing so, then seek guidance from those who are responsible for their care.
