El Centro de mayores Toki Eder recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas que destacan el trato cálido, personalizado y lleno de afecto del equipo dirigido por Ana, así como la calidad de las actividades y el cuidado integral ofrecido a los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una reseña crítica que cuestiona seriamente los estándares del centro, sugiriendo la necesidad de inspecciones más rigurosas, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias mayoritariamente satisfactorias reportadas por otros usuarios.

If you have an elderly relative in your care, the best thing is for them to be at home, cared for and surrounded by loved ones. But if this isn't possible, if you need a center where they can start a new life, then I recommend the Toki Eder senior center. In that little blue house, you'll find Ana, the director, who opens the door of her home and her heart to you. Her caregivers not only look after and attend to residents but, following the director's philosophy, give love and affection so they truly feel at home. My mother was there for five years; they were the last years of her life, where she found another family and the same love and attention we gave her at home. These women worked tirelessly to bring her joy, a quality of life, and a warmth that no fee can buy. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend it. My mother is no longer with us, but I still have that Toki Eder family.

An excellent center, both in terms of the people who treat you and the care you provide. Some residents have been here for 20 years and are still here. Highly recommended.

I'm not giving it 0 stars because they won't let me. It's the worst I've seen as a center. They should do a thorough inspection and see that it's not worthy of a senior center.
