Dear team at Mi Residencial Senior, especially those on Floor Three, We don't have enough words to express the profound gratitude we feel as a family for the care and affection our grandmother receives every day. From the very first moment, we have felt that she is not only cared for, but also accompanied, respected, and loved. The caregivers on Floor Three do an admirable job, full of patience, tenderness, and humanity. In every gesture, every kind word, and every daily act of care, their dedication and love for the residents shine through. We want to express our special gratitude to the caregivers, although our thanks extend to the entire team without exception. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the previous supervisor, Lucia, for her dedication, her approachability, her constant presence, and her care for the residents. Likewise, we sincerely thank the current supervisor, Sara, for her involvement, her warm and caring approach, and for continuing with the same sensitivity and commitment, providing peace of mind and confidence to the families. Thank you for caring for our grandmother as if she were your own, for your endless patience, and for the respect you show to every resident. My family is currently staying at this residence, and our experience has been very positive. The staff treat the residents with great respect, care, and affection, always displaying a kind and professional attitude. We have not witnessed any inappropriate behavior towards them. On the contrary, they are always helpful and approachable. The treatment of family members is always cordial and attentive, which gives us great peace of mind and confidence. Furthermore, the room cleaning service is impeccable, always keeping everything in excellent condition.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team on the second floor of our senior living residence, especially the caregivers and our supervisor, for their dedication, affection, and personal attention. Every day they make the residents feel comfortable, supported, and valued. The floor is a vibrant place, with a variety of activities that encourage fun, learning, and community. They decorate it every year, making everyone feel at home, and their wonderful performances are something my father is very grateful for. My father also has a room with beautiful views of Santa Cruz, and the pier is lovely. Thank you all for making this space a true home, where every resident feels cared for.

My father has been living at my senior residence for some time now, and we're incredibly happy with the care they provide, the organization, and the warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff on the first floor is very caring and kind, but especially the supervisor, who is very attentive and responsible in caring for the residents. What I like most about this residence is that they always keep you informed of every detail and how my father is doing. All the facilities are also very clean and tidy. The truth is, my father is quite happy and well cared for. A residence you can completely trust.

I want to highlight the incredibly humane and caring treatment that residents receive in the Alzheimer's and Dependency unit. The staff is very respectful, approachable, and patient, which is essential for people with these kinds of needs. They always provide individualized attention and demonstrate a strong commitment to the well-being of each resident. The food is homemade, varied, and of good quality, prepared with great care. I also want to commend the professionalism of the supervisors and coordinator in this area.
