La Residència Mar i Sol destaca por su personal dedicado y atento, especialmente por la excepcional labor de Blanca, la trabajadora social, quien es constantemente elogiada por su profesionalismo y humanidad; sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa sobre la calidad de los cuidados, ya que una reseña reporta un deterioro dramático en la salud de su familiar durante su estancia que se revirtió completamente tras trasladarse a otra residencia, lo que contrasta marcadamente con las opiniones positivas sobre el trato recibido. Las instalaciones también necesitarían mejoras en mantenimiento y actual

After our visit, I can only say two things: first, the facilities should be given a thorough maintenance check, and second, and more importantly, don't let Blanca go. We've visited several other facilities, and nowhere else have we found anyone as capable of managing a nursing home as she is. A true professional and an even better person.

My father, Teo, is in this residence and we couldn't be happier. They look very well cared for, and he's even gained weight. The rooms could use a little updating of the furniture, but otherwise, it's great. The staff is very friendly; you can tell they're dedicated to their work.

We went to the care home to ask for information, as we were in a difficult situation with my mother. Blanca treated us with great respect and kindness, answering all our questions and offering us help and support at all times, even though we weren't clients of the center. We want to thank her for everything; she was wonderful.

My father is in the care home and I'm happy. He's dependent, and the people who care for him are very loving. Blanca, the social worker, takes care of all the paperwork; she's caring and professional... she makes everything easy. Thank you to all the staff.

I feel compelled to write this review for the sake of future residents. Apparently the staff are very nice and I have no complaints towards them. But I don't live there and I don't know how they work.... I'm only going to give my opinion on what I and my resident relative have experienced. If you have the option of another residence, take her to the other one 🙏🏼 The short time that my relative was in this residence, several workers agreed on the decline that hit so quickly in a very short time, we saw it too... she went from a normal person with Alzheimer's to a person who could not take care of herself, could not drink water, or stand up. Wounds that never healed and falls at night while sleeping... she was on medication all day, her gaze lost, sad... I am writing this because I can compare it with the new residence, a brutal change, she eats a lot and alone, drinks water alone, does not need a wheelchair! She walks all day!!! And the wounds healed!!! And the gaze is back to hers! A lively gaze!!! It's wonderful to see this change and we have to take into account what the residences are like!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I appreciate the time my relative spent there (luckily not much) and thank you for the support, but something happens because they make a drastic change for the worse in a very short time...
