Thank you family! It's the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the 5 months you took care of my mother and us too. All of you, without exception, have pampered and cared for my mother, you have worried about us, you have always kept us well informed of her condition, changes in medication and even when she ran out of eyebrow pencil. Always available on the phone and in person, even though you were so far from home that we could only go once a week. Everyone, and there are many of you, knew her and us. The medical and support support from all of you has been excellent and increasingly intense as her illness progressed. Her end of life has been, thanks to all of you, peaceful and accompanied. I know I will leave out many names, but I want to especially thank: Ester, Magela, Mariana, Jaime, Lucía, Begoña, Rocío and Montse. Please extend this gratitude to the rest of your colleagues. It has been a pleasure and a great fortune for us to have you close by in the last 5 months of my mother's life.

I just wanted to share my personal experience. To all those people who have criticized the nursing home, sometimes they don't have all the information they should, and to say certain things, especially the worst things, they should have proof and present it where it belongs, which is in court. Because, like many people, more than those who speak ill of it, the caregiver offered it to me, and I don't regret it at all. For the three and a half years she was there, I was the only one who showed up at the door, and they already knew who I was. They would notify reception before I even arrived to bring my mother down for a visit. There was always a team of healthcare workers who kept me informed at all times, from minor issues to more serious ones, because my mother was very ill. Last Wednesday, August 13th, she passed away, but I must thank all the staff at the nursing home who, from the moment she became ill, kept me informed and advised me. Thanks to the medical team, my mother was suffocating, and they stabilized her immediately. And what can I say about the women who are with them every day, every other day. Three people came to check on her, checking her temperature, etc. They didn't leave her alone for a moment, and the next day she got worse because she wasn't going to recover. They did everything possible to make her comfortable and prevent her from suffering, and she passed away peacefully, without any pain. From here, I want to thank the entire team at the residence for how well they treated both her and me. I lacked nothing: food, drinks, wipes, tissues, etc. They not only cared for my mother until the very end but also helped me be with her, providing everything I needed for her comfort. I want to mention several people to thank them for how well they did their jobs, everyone in general, but especially Sonia, the first one I'll always remember for what she did for my mother, in addition to her regular duties. She does the same for the other residents, but what matters to me is my mother, and there are people who deserve to be recognized because they have a true calling, and these days it's difficult or almost impossible to find people like that. If I've forgotten anyone, please forgive me; there are so many. Rosa, Esther, Ariadna, Victoria, Angels, and at reception, Begoña, Rotsana, and many more whose names I can't recall right now, and also not forgetting the blonde girl who, thanks to her, keeps everything spotless, always cleaning, and I even called her things affectionately. That has been my experience, and I recommend it to everyone who needs to have their family member there because I only have words of gratitude. They were always there, even until the last day, helping me with the paperwork. I will always have them in my heart for the impeccable treatment of my mother and me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will never forget you.

Good morning, as the son of Carmen Carbonell, I wanted to say that since she was admitted in June 2021, Carmen felt at home, she had her corner for her crafts and her paintings, she was loved by everyone from the director at the beginning, Victoria, to the cooks, passing through auxiliary physiotherapists and nurses, she was a participatory person in all the activities, Sant Jordi, La Diada, La Castañada, Christmas, Carnival, etc., she was pampered and spoiled with all her whims and manias, on the 27th she ended her journey and I want to thank the entire Les Vinyes team for the care given to her in her last moments, make special mention of the treatment she received from Victoria, care director and nurse, for her understanding and attention towards my mother and my wife and me in her last moments of life, to the new director Rosa, whom I had the pleasure of meeting on the last day, for the care she gave us, Ariadna and Esther who from the first day accepted her as one of the family, to the medical team and the nurses and assistants for their care. Thank you all very much.
